Your complete satisfaction is our goal. The following are helpful suggestions to ensure that you enjoy your visit.
FIRST TIME GUESTS: Customers interested in having a chemical service, hair color correction for the first time with Leonardo must have an in person consultation to discuss and determine the suitability of the service.
CONSULTATIONS: are meant to assess and inform without charge nor obligation by part of the customer, or Leonardo to have service performed. Consultations do not constitute an agreement by part of Leonardo to perform a service any time after.
ALL COLOR CORRECTIVE WORK is done with the full understanding by the client that by their very nature such services cannot be guaranteed. The client assumes full responsability for the outcome of such service with no recourse or further obligation nor responsability or compensation of any kind by part of Leonardo.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS We appreciate a 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. If appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service total. All services over $150 require a credit card number.
COURTESY REMINDERS are exactly that: merely a courtesy to remind customers of their pending appointment and does not exempt customers from their obligation to show up on time for the agreed appointment. Cancellations or request to re-schedule on a timely fashion must be done with a minimum 48hours in advance.
CONCERNS If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please contact Leonardo personally immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Again, your satisfaction is our priority.
